Are apostilles and translations really included?+

Yes — that is the whole point of the price. Ordering your FBI criminal record, getting it apostilled by the correct authority, and having every document sworn-translated by a Spain-registered traductor jurado are all inside the $1,750. A Spanish law firm quotes you a fee and then invoices these on top, usually another $700–900. We don't.

Can my price change after I start?+

No. The number you're quoted is the number you pay. No hourly bills, no scope creep, no add-on invoice in month three. The only thing quoted separately is your Spanish health insurance premium, because that's an annual policy priced on your age and family — we place it for you, but we don't mark it up inside the package.

Do I need a lawyer as well?+

No. Spain's digital nomad visa does not require you to be represented by a lawyer — applicants file it themselves every day. What gets people rejected isn't the absence of a lawyer, it's a translation done by the wrong kind of translator, an apostille from the wrong authority, or a criminal record that went stale. That's exactly what we handle. We're a document service, not a law firm, and we don't give legal advice.

What's the $149 review, then?+

It's for people who are doing the move themselves and just want to know it's right before they file. Every error found, every fix explained. If you later decide you'd rather we did the whole thing, the $149 comes off the price in full.

What if I'm bringing my partner or kids?+

Add $850 per family member. That covers their passport handling, criminal record and apostille, the marriage or birth certificate, sworn translations, and their insurance placement — the same work, done again for each person.

Why only Spain?+

Because doing one visa properly beats doing seven badly. Spain's digital nomad visa is the one we know down to the level of which apostille office and which translator the UGE will accept. We'll add countries when we can say the same about them.

What if I get rejected?+

If your application is refused over a document we obtained, drafted, translated or apostilled, you get your money back. We can't promise a government decision — nobody honestly can — but we can stand behind the paperwork, because the paperwork is ours.

$1,750 covers one applicant for the Spain digital nomad visa and includes apostille fees, sworn translation fees and the government filing fee. Additional family members are $850 each.
